Counselor
Live in the cabin with campers, lead small group devotions, supervise activities, and be the primary relationship builder for every kid in your group. This is the heartbeat of camp.
▲ Programming
Program Team
Design and lead camp activities, games, worship experiences, and special events. If you’re creative, energetic, and love making things happen, this role is for you.
▲ Equestrian
Wrangler
Care for horses, lead riding programs, and create safe, engaging equestrian experiences for campers of all skill levels. Horse experience required.

Before You Apply
When does staff training start?
Training begins one week before the first campers arrive. We focus on safety, leadership, role-specific training, and building community.
What are the summer dates?
The season runs late May through early August 2026. Exact dates are provided in your offer letter.
Is housing provided?
Yes, all staff live on-site in shared staff housing. It’s a great way to build community and fully experience camp life.
Are meals provided?
Yes, wholesome meals are provided for all staff during camp and group sessions.
What’s the compensation?
Stipends vary by role and experience. Housing and meals are included on top of your stipend.
Are background checks required?
Yes, all staff complete a background check and employment screenings before arrival. Camper safety is our top priority.
Will I have days off?
Staff generally have one to two days off per week depending on the schedule, time to rest, recharge, and enjoy the outdoors.
Is there staff recreation time?
Yes, free time to enjoy the lake, trails, or just relax with fellow staff. Camp is your backyard all summer.
