Big Kids Camp at Camp Iron Bluffs is designed for adults who want to step away from the pressures of daily life and reconnect with God in a joyful, playful, and meaningful way. Set on 4,000 acres in the Ozark Mountains of Arkansas, this weekend retreat invites participants to rediscover the freedom, wonder, and simplicity of childlike faith.

From July 30 – August 2, responsibilities fade and space is made for rest, laughter, reflection, and spiritual renewal.

What you will experience:

Wonder & Worship: Rediscover awe in God’s presence and see Him in everyday life (Matthew 18:3
Trusting Without Hesitation: Reflect on what it means to trust God fully, like a child trusts a loving parent (Isaiah 41:10)
Freedom in Forgiveness: Experience the healing and release that come from forgiving others and yourself (Ephesians 4:32)
Living Fully & Fearlessly: Step boldly into the life God designed for you, walking in the renewing truth of Romans 12:2

Participants can also enjoy archery, hiking, fishing, arts and crafts, disc golf, mountaineering, and team challenges. Every moment, whether playful or reflective, is designed to deepen your connection with Christ.

Christ at the Center

Through worship, devotionals, and intentional activities, participants explore Biblical Truth using a teaching tool that we like to call the Cycle of Significance. You’ll see how the input you take in, your thoughts, reflections, and focus, shapes your feelings, guides your actions, and produces lasting significance in your life.

At Big Kids Camp, faith is experienced with joy, curiosity, and simplicity. Using Matthew 18:3 as a guide, participants are encouraged to return to the trusting, humble posture of a child before God.

Unplug and Be Present

Camp Iron Bluffs is what we call a thin place, where heaven and earth meet and God’s presence feels near. The retreat provides space to step away from distractions, reflect, and encounter God.

The goal isn’t just to experience God at camp. Big Kids Camp teaches participants how to create “thin spaces” in everyday life, bringing the presence and peace of God into work, family, and daily routines.

To get the most out of Big Kids Camp, we strongly encourage campers to stay on site. Shared meals, late-night conversations, and spontaneous moments of connection are a big part of what makes this retreat special and allows our camp community to fully come alive.

Cantilever Cabins (Shared Lodging)
$480 per individual | $800 per couple
Includes shared lodging in our beautiful, brand-new cantilever cabins, 12 meals, and a camp t-shirt.
Capacity: 20 campers

Lodge (Private Lodging)
$560 per individual | $940 per couple
Includes private lodging in our lodge, 12 meals, and a camp t-shirt.
Capacity: 8 individuals or 8 couples

Rustic Yurts (Shared Lodging)
$400 per individual | $660 per couple
Includes shared lodging in one of our rustic yurts, 12 meals, and a camp t-shirt.
Capacity: 128 campers

Off-Site Lodging
$330 per individual | $500 per couple
Includes 12 meals and a camp t-shirt for each registrant.
Note: While off-site lodging is available, on-site lodging is recommended to fully experience the community, connection, and rhythm of camp.
