Camp Transportation Options

We know getting to camp can be a big part of the planning process, so we’re here to help make it easy.

Camp Iron Bluffs offers optional transportation designed to make your camper’s journey safe, fun, and worry-free. We’ll be running 3 regional routes, each with 2 convenient hub stops for drop-off and pick-up.

To secure your camper’s spot, please complete the Transportation Form(located on camper registration).

Transportation Fee: $50 per camper
Includes round-trip travel.

Routes without registered riders by May 20th will be removed.

Transportation Need-to-Knows (Useful Tips)


We’re excited to provide safe, organized camper transportation through our Camp Iron Bluffs travel routes. Please review the important details below to help departure day run smoothly.

Snacks for the Road
Please pack a snack for your camper to enjoy during travel to camp. All snacks must be peanut and tree-nut free.

Lunch will be provided upon arrival at camp and again prior to departure at the end of the session.


Electronics During Travel
Campers may bring electronics to use during transportation. Upon arrival at camp, all devices will be collected, securely stored, and returned at departure.


Arrival & Check-In
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time.

Remain in your vehicle upon arrival. Once transportation staff arrive, they will begin the camper check-in process vehicle-to-vehicle.


Departure Timing
Transportation vans will depart promptly to remain on schedule for additional hub stops and timely camp arrival.

If you miss your assigned departure, families will be responsible for arranging transportation to camp.


Luggage
All luggage must be clearly labeled with your camper’s name.


Medication
All camper medications must be turned in directly to staff during check-in(pickup).

Please do not pack medications inside camper luggage.


Pick-Up Authorization
At check-in, please be prepared to confirm who is authorized to pick up your camper after their session.

A valid ID will be required at pick-up for verification.


Camp Store Opportunity
Campers traveling via transportation will have an opportunity to visit the Camp Store prior to departure to purchase camp gear and souvenirs.


Communication
If any adjustments are needed to your camper’s transportation hub or schedule, Camp Iron Bluffs will communicate updates via phone and/or email.
